Reversal · Day 20 Of The 30-Day Reset

August 28 — The One Short I Wanted. +2R.

This morning's bias was narrow on purpose: one short only — a reversal from the Daily Bearish FVG. That's exactly what the market delivered, and exactly what I took. Price tapped the Daily SIBI and swept the PDH with bearish SMT, my Liquidity Hunting Proxy set the CISD, and it delivered a clean 2R.A paper long off a textbook Judas Swing opened the session too. When the plan and the trade are the same picture, that's the whole goal.

August 28 — a Proxy Model short from the Daily SIBI, sweeping the PDH with bearish SMT, for 2R
MNQ 1m · exactly the A-location the bias named — reach up into the Daily Bearish FVG, then reverse
This is the trade the morning bias was built around, so it was easy to be patient for it. Price reached up, tapped the Daily SIBI and swept the PDH / 1H BSL — taking the buyside — right inside the 10:50–11:10 macro. Bearish SMT confirmed the divergence, the Proxy Model set the CISD, and I shorted the reversal. It delivered straight down for a clean 2R. No forcing, no mid-range guessing — I waited for the one location and it paid.
The Liquidity Hunting Proxy — In One Line
A model I've been building. The short version: NQ takes out a draw on liquidity, and then ES makes a higher high while NQ doesn't — that SMT divergence is what confirms the CISD for the entry. It's a cleaner, rules-based way to time the reversal off a swept draw. A full breakdown of the Proxy Model is coming — for now, just know that's the read behind today's entry.
The Open — A Textbook Judas Swing PAPER
MNQ 1m · a Judas Swing + inverse of the FP FVG after sweeping the SSL — a clean reversal long

August 28 — a paper long off a Judas Swing and inverse FP FVG at the open
MNQ 1m · logged on paper — a clean open reversal, trailed out below the 9:45 candle short of full TP
On paper, but too clean not to log: at the open we put in a Judas Swing, swept the SSL, then inverted the FP FVG — a textbook reversal long. It got trailed out below the 9:45 candlebefore tagging full target, so a partial rather than the whole move, but a great read on the reversal all the same. The kind of setup worth studying whether or not there's size on it.

The Plan I Wrote
One Short — From The Daily Bearish FVG
The morning bias named one location and one location only: a reversal from the Daily Bearish FVG, targeting back down. Price reached it, gave the reversal, and I took it. Bias and trade, same picture.

The Takeaway
The best trades are boring: you wrote the plan, you waited for the exact spot, you took it. No hype, just process.
