Discipline · Day 24 Of The 30-Day Reset

September 3 — Partials Banked, Runners Trailed.

A clean short and the best-executed day of the week. Entry off the LH CISD after the Pre-Market Highs were taken, first partials banked into the move, and the runners trailed out at breakeven. Money in the account, one trade, no forcing. This is what the model looks like when the market cooperates — take what it gives, protect the rest.

September 3 — a clean short off the LH CISD with partials banked and runners trailed to BE
MNQ 1m · Pre-Market Highs taken, LH CISD entry, first partials into the move, runners trailed out at breakeven
Structure did the work here. The Pre-Market Highs got taken, the LH CISD confirmed the shift, and I engaged inside the 10:50–11:10 macro window. First partials came off into the delivery, which locks the day green and removes all the pressure from what's left. The runners then trailed out at breakeven rather than reaching full target — a fine outcome when the front half is already banked. One setup, one entry, done.
Why Partials Matter
Banking the front half is what lets you hold the back half without fear.
The reason this day felt easy isn't the entry — it's that partials came off early. Once the day is green, the runner stops being a source of anxiety and becomes a free option. You stop micromanaging it, you stop cutting good trades short, and if it trails out at breakeven like today, you shrug and move on. Compare that to yesterday, where the whole position lived or died on one stop. Scaling out is a psychology tool as much as a profit tool. Day 24, streak clean.

Why Post Every Day
Wins, breakevens, and the days I sit on my hands all get posted. The record only means something if it's complete. No hype, just process.
